A little bit about me…

Having worked in both the start-up and corporate world and across industry segments, I bring a wide range of thinking and experience to my approach with clients. Examining the individual, interpersonal, group, and systems-level of an organization, I use a holistic approach when working with executives to identify organizational challenges, develop their people, and redefine their business.

I have a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. I live with my husband and daughter in Brooklyn, NY.
